As an entrepreneur on a mission, I am sure that you will agree with this statement. “It takes courage to be an entrepreneur”.  Do I hear an Amen?

Becoming a successful entrepreneur takes a lot of courage because as entrepreneurs, we have to have the faith, belief, skills, ability, perseverance and determination to manifest success through our creativity, imagination and actions.

We have the ability to conceive a great idea and then create it into reality.

It’s pretty amazing. I remember feeling this way when I held my book in my hands for the first time. I always wanted to be an author and here it was. The book was in my hands.

I conceived the idea recognizing a need to empower women’s relationship with money and then worked tirelessly to achieve it. There were many obstacles to overcome and keep the momentum strong.

This is why entrepreneurship is not for the “faint of heart” and many do not stay the course. Those who do stay the course and become successful all have learned and implemented a key ingredient to achieving their success.

The key ingredient in the success equation that can sometimes be taken for granted is…passion.

To take passion a step further, the element to experiencing a fulfilled and joyful business and life is…to do you what love.

After all, we are talking about your highest calling and your life’s work. Your business is your life’s work and legacy. It is an extension of what you love and value. Your business is the vehicle for expressing what you love and value.

Let me ask you this:  Are you doing what you love? And…Are you loving what you do?

If the answer is a resounding “YES”, then success is sure to follow.  Of course, there are other key elements for success to occur, however, doing what you love is paramount.

When you are operating from the place of passion you are eager to get up in the morning and get started. You have boundless energy. You are very motivated and dedicated to your mission. You feel alive and lose track of time, which is a great clue that you are connected to your passion. It is irresistible and elevating.

Passion occurs when you are aligned with your highest calling and it fills your soul. People, clients and customers then become attracted to you, your mission and your energy. This is when the magic happens, including experiencing the flow of money.

Yes…passion equals wealth and abundance. In fact, there is no need to chase the money. As you do what you love with passion, integrity and dedication, the money and abundance will flow freely to you.

In fact, when you do what you love and love what you do, you magnify wealth and abundance to you.

The key is to focus your precious energy on doing what you love first and the meaning that it gives you through service and contribution.

What I know is that you have a special contribution to make through your business for the betterment of the world and humanity that only you can make.

When you are passionate about, and love your life’s work, then you are following your highest calling and can create a financially rich and successful business while making a big impact.

So what about you dear reader? What one specific action can you take in the next 24 hours to do more of what you love in your business?
